Annual Service Visits

Annual Service Visits should be used to ensure that your measuring instruments are always properly maintained and function correctly.

The Annual Service Visits by KRÜSS include the following services:

• All work is done by a special trained service technician at your premises.
• All the instrument functions will be checked.
• If necessary we will adjust mechanical / electronic and optical components.
• Optical components will be disassembled and thoroughly cleaned.
• Sensors will be checked and calibrated. The calibration will be done with standards that can be traced back to national standards.
• All actions will be documented. You will receive this documentation after we have finished the instrument service.
• New personnel can be trained on the instrument and in measurement technologies.

Annual Service Visits are especially of interest for instruments used in areas covered by quality assurance standards, i.e. ISO9000, GLP, GMP, FDA.
